AP Gold and AP Access Award

Maywood Center for Enriched Studies (MaCES) is excited to announce that we have earned Gold recognition on the 2023 AP School Honor Roll! According to the College Board, “The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools that have done outstanding work to welcome more students into AP courses and support them on the path to college success.” Additionally, MaCES received the AP Access Award! It recognizes the school for providing all students the chance to participate in AP, including students of underrepresented populations. 

Principal Gabriel Duran shared that the ”prestigious recognition by the College Board was the result of the perseverance of our dedicated teachers, as well as the students themselves who have worked at excelling in the college-level coursework. The distinction of our AP program is a reflection of them. We are incredibly proud of our Wolfpack’s commitment to academic excellence.”
